Regulation regarding the processing of personal data on the page www.padureademaine.ro
1.According to the legal requirements for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the Pădurea de Mâine Foundation, based in Bucharest, str. Grigore Alexandrescu no. 59, et. 2, fiscal code 40556448 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Foundation”) has the obligation to process in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by USERS.
2. The Foundation will collect the following identification data of USERS: name, surname, email, place of residence and telephone number.
3.The personal data collected will be stored for a maximum period of 7 years.
4. Regarding the personal data processed, USERS may: a) request information regarding their processing, in accordance with the law; b) requests to be rectified and / or updated if they are incorrect; c) object to their processing, in accordance with the law, or d) request that these data be deleted or anonymized, in accordance with the law.
5.USERS have the right to access and intervene in the data, may oppose its processing and may request its deletion at any time. To exercise these rights, they may address a request using the following contact details:
